Client Services
We believe that providing the highest standards of client service is equally important as providing competitive investment performance.

All our clients have a dedicated client service contact who is a member of our senior management and named back-up contacts. They also have direct access to members of our investment team.
New Clients
Our commitment to providing high quality service starts as soon as we are appointed. At the outset, we like to meet with new clients and their advisers to discuss and agree an appropriate investment strategy.
If appropriate, we will also liaise with the previous investment manager to ensure that the transfer of assets takes place as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
Reporting
As the majority of our funds are priced on a daily basis, up to date statements and transaction summaries are available on request.
At the end of each quarter we produce a detailed report and commentary for each client. We also prepare annual accounting reports, which are designed to facilitate our clients' own audit requirements.
We would be happy to supply samples of these reports on request.
Meetings
We aim to meet with clients at least once per annum. However, we are happy to meet quarterly or semi annually if required.
We place considerable emphasis upon direct contact with our clients and outside of formal reporting meetings, we hold regular seminars and conferences that are designed to give our clients the opportunity to meet with members of our investment team and with other Merrion Investment Manager's clients.
